Home Amended Smoking Ordinance

The Common Council passed Ordinance 1585, An Amended Smoking Ordinance, at their meeting on September 16th. It will be in affect starting on November 5, 2013.

It prohibits smoking on all City property. Violation could possibly result in a fine of up to $100.00 per violation. Smoking will be prohibited at all City Parks, buildings and in all vehicles. For more information, please contact the Clerk-Treasurer.
