Notice of Public Hearing for Proposed Ordinance Amending Water Capacity Fee

Public Hearing for proposed Increase to Water Capacity Fee to be held on January 15, 2018 at 7:30 pm.

Interested parties in the City of Butler, Indiana, are hereby notified that Ordinance No. 1655, An Ordinance Amending the Water Capacity Fee, will be open for public comment at a meeting of the City of Butler Common Council held at 7:30 pm, local time, on January 15, 2018 at 215 South Broadway, Butler, Indiana with a vote on the ordinance to follow.  Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Butler, DeKalb county, Indiana at their regular meeting place at 215 South Broadway, at 7:30 pm on the 15th day of January 2018 will consider a proposed ordinance amending the water capacity fee for the City of Butler, Indiana.

At such public hearing and prior to the adoption of Ordinance No. 1655, all interested parties may appear and be heard.  The complete text of the proposed Ordinance No. 1655 is on file and available for examination and copying at the office of the City's Clerk-Treasurer at 215 South Broadway, Butler, Indiana, during regular business hours, and will be available at the public hearing.
