Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Butler, DeKalb County, Indiana that the proper legal officers, at their regular meeting place at 215 South Broadway, at 7:30 p.m. on the 5th day of August 2019 will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year.

Thompson Block Fund:

     Capital Outlays:     up to $43,000

     Total for Thompson Block Fund is up to $43,000

Public Safety Local Income Tax Fund

     Personnel:     up to $5,000.00

     Total for Public Safety Local Income Tax Fund is up to $5,000

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard.  The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance.  The Department of Local Government Finance will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
