The Board of Appeals hears appeals of the City's Unsafe Building Ordinance.  After inspections are completed on properties that are believed to be unsafe, the City issues an appropriate order.  Property owners have the opportunity to appeal such an order before the Board of Appeals.  The Board is made up of the Board of Public Works and Safety.  

Meeting Times

Meetings are scheduled on an as need basis, and are generally held on a Monday before regularly scheduled Board of Public Works and Safety meetings.  Notices of these meetings are posted in the Post Office, City Hall, and City Utility Office.
